Our core hours are 08:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday. We can also offer a 24 hour a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year customer support service, so you can always have access to help via phone and/or email.

Assistance will be provided for all Incidents and Requests in accordance with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) best practise to align IT services with your business needs.

Customers are kept informed on receipt of any tickets as well as at regular steps during the support process with an update on progress in line with pre-agreed SLAs.
