Utility Week Live

Gilmond Delighted to be Exhibiting at Utility Week Live For Second Year

After the success of last year’s event, provider of software solutions to the energy sector, Gilmond, will again be exhibiting at Utility Week Live this May.

The event, which will be in Birmingham between 21-22 May will specifically feature two of its fantastic products, Smart Meter and Gas Shipper.

Gas Shipper has already been snapped up by a major national supplier looking to enter the shipper market. The product uniquely combines Gilmond’s market messaging platform with its demand forecasting and trade risk management products. Continuous insight into the shipper portfolio and the ability to share that with customers has made this product popular with the Shipper market.

Smart Meter is a totally Cloud-based solution available for talking to the Smart Meter network. Not only does it simplify the messaging that needs to happen with the DCC, it does all the work – saving time and, ultimately money. The addition of being hosted in the Cloud means excellent scalability from the product and the ability to access the platform from anywhere, all in a cost-effective way.

Both of these products will be showcased at the event – Gas Shipper on 21 May and Smart Meter on 22 May. On both of those days, those visiting the stand will also have the chance to win a Kindle.

“This is the second year we are returning to Utility Week Live,” comments Head of Product, David Teague. “It’s a great opportunity for us to meet people from the energy sector and share our passion for the products we make. For energy suppliers, there is a crowded market out there and staying competitive through customer experience and smart buying decisions is vital to survival. Our products not only encourage these competitive practices, they use an API-first approach so that they can be plugged into existing systems to help enhance what is being offered to the customer.”

Gilmond will be at Stand G6.
