Struggling to Convert? Gilmond Launches Customisable Quote System to Give Suppliers the Control they Deserve
by David Teague
Bournemouth-based Energy tech company Gilmond has launched a new product, Energy Quoter. This unique platform allows complete flexibility of style and design, giving customers the opportunity to offer a switching process that fits perfectly with sales strategy.
By disconnecting the quote engine from the user experience process, clients can easily take the solution and tailor the look and feel to match brand and tone.
“This functionality, as far as we know, is unique to the market,”
“Not only can a customer change colour and font, but they can completely redesign it to integrate into existing web designs, as well as dictate the process of quotation. We are aiming to help our customers the ability to differentiate themselves from competitors, as well as create a differentiated conversion process which meets their organisation’s approach and corporate voice. We recognise how competitive the quote process can be, so are hopeful that this new product will allow our customers the chance to offer simplified switching and an attractive proposition in a completely bespoke way.”
Energy Quoter also sits in the Cloud, so unlike many similar solutions, it can continue to run 24/7, regardless of upgrades or downtime in existing back end IT systems.
Following extensive trials, Energy Quoter is already operating effectively within gas and electricity supplier iSupplyEnergy.
“The system has really allowed us to provide a flexible, competitive quotation system to potential customers,”
“Not only have we been able to tailor it to be a seamless part of our website, but we have also customised the quote journey to fit perfectly with our sales strategies. People looking to switch to us have a simple, effective process to go through and this system has definitely given us results.”
