We can also offer a 24 hour a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year customer support service if required.
All assistance for Incidents and Requests in conducted in accordance with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) best practice to align IT services with your business needs, as well as making sure you have the best service possible.
Through our Self Service Portal you can be kept informed on receipt of any tickets as well as at regular steps during the support process with an update on progress in line with pre-agreed SLAs.
