Gilmond has a team well versed in managing new installations of EBS and integrating the product into an existing IT infrastructure. We carefully plan all of our projects to ensure that they keep to time and budget and deliver real business benefits into the organisation.
Our Product Support function is well qualified to deal with any faults identified in the system, rapidly addressing these through either re-configuration or code patches with work-arounds devised to minimise disruption to the business.
The Operational Support function at Gilmond is always on hand to provide immediate, effective operational guidance and to rectify any problems with the business’ processes so that our Clients can concentrate on winning customers and sending out accurate invoices.
